That’s an oddball. That blue was only available in 00-01, but it has the 97-98 grille.

Must have received a fresh coat of paint too. Those early 2000s Hondas didn’t have great clearcoat. Some of the white ones are left looking OK but you can’t leave one outside very long without the paint taking a hit.
